HOW TO GET YOUR PROJECT STARTED
Email your idea or scipt with as much detail as you can
(if you know my work then you'll know that i'm not easily offended).
I will Email back and will confirm certain details and confirm a price that will be all inclusive.
Once and only when you are happy to go ahead with your project we will request 50%
of the cost of the project - without this the project will not go ahead. We have to
request 50% due to previous time wasters.
We will also send you an email stating that we will make your project as per
the script and at the agreed costings - this is your receipt and to be kept as proof of purchase.
All orders costing less than $100US/£50/70Euros must be paid in full in advance.
Once this first or full payment is received then we can start on your project as per your agreed script/details.
We will email you regular updates on the progress of your project, including when your project will be ready for shipping etc.
Basic movies and photosets can be made and delivered within 5 days -
sometimes even quicker than this.
Of course full payment, in advance, speeds up the whole project greatly.
I will Email you as soon as the project is complete to request the final 50%
of the fee. If you have paid in full I will email to confirm the delivery address details.
Once we recieve the final payment and it clears through our bank we will
send your project immediately in plain packaging, for your security we make an extra copy
just in case of any custom intervention.
Finally settle back and enjoy the work that YOU have created over
and over again.
